we are going to mexico!

Hello everyone,
My team and I are excited to announce that we are going to Puerto Vallarta Mexico, April 22 - May 2! We will be serving primarily through music ministry, but where the WORD department goes handyman projects follow. Puerto Vallarta is a pretty large tourist destination so we are excited to minister to locals and tourists alike.
A big way we are hoping to do that is by playing music both through Worship and doing songs people recognize. Music has a way of breaking down walls to conversation. A conversation about music can transition to us talking about the awesomeness of Jesus. We are hoping to establish relationships with local restaurants in the area by playing music so that we can open doors to talk to the staff, local and visiting patrons, and to broadcast a hopeful message to anyone in earshot. We are very excited for the doors that Lord has opened for us, and we are hoping to keep those doors cracked open for future outreach teams to walk through as well.
Whenever we travel, especially Internationally, we always look for opportunities to pour into the local church. We are hoping to partner with 3 or 4 churchs and do worship nights with their local congregations,and spend time encouraging their teams, along with YWAM Puerto Vallarta. A way local churches do ministry is by holding events in local park squares, which we are very excited to help out with. With doing ministry of any kind you must walk in with open hands,and your ear ever so trained on the Father. So have our plan but we are ready for the Lord to do whatever He pleases.
I am excited to go, but I can’t make this trip happen without the Lord's provision. I need to raise $950 in order to make this trip possible. This money will cover Airfare, housing, food, and luggage cost to bring the gear needed for us to accomplish our mission.
